Healing Fields Foundation is a not-for-profit organization registered under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Public Societies Registration Act, 1350 Fasli (Act 1 of 1350 F) vide no. 9879 dated 29 November, 2000, to carry out the charitable objective set forth in the constitution of the institution.

Healing Fields Foundation is also registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976. The Registration Number is 010230541.

Healing Fields Foundation is also registered under section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and also exemption has been granted under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 to seek donations. Donations made to the trust/fund/society do qualify for deduction in computing the income of a person who makes the donation, i.e., in the hands of the donor. This exemption under 80G is valid up to 31.03.2010.

Healing Fields is a small organization looking to make a big impact. We welcome all levels of volunteers, from students to professionals, without regard for any caste, creed, religion, gender or nationality.

Healing Fields has an ongoing need for volunteer illustrators, web developers, writers, market researchers, technology experts and anyone with insurance or finance expertise.

Healing Fields is also looking for talented, dedicated individuals interested in training as health educators. Health educators should be members of the communities where they work and are trained to carry out several functions related to health care – including spreading awareness about micro-health insurance programs. Health educators are advocates for the community and agents of social change. Please contact us if you are interested in our Health Education program.

Healing Fields particularly welcomes multi-lingual volunteers. Languages most often needed include Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, and Oriya.
