Community Hospital Management

A project to improve the efficiency, professional and administrative skills of the hospital with community participation is being planned. Identifying problem areas and help the hospital management solve them, organize community participation through community self help groups. This programme will help increase the revenue of the hospital while benefiting the community in accessing quality healthcare. Hospital in Hyderabad has been identified and negotiations are underway.
